Kyeremankuma is a suburb in the Kintampo North Municipal. The Holy Trinity Catholic Church was started on 18th November 2011. It had its first Eucharistic celebration in a classroom of CEC School presided by Fr. Dionisius Kopong Ola, SVD, when Fr. Ignatius Ayivor, SVD was the parish priest of Kintampo. When they Later got their new site they began church service there under a mango tree.
Among those who founded the church were Mr. Gabriel Dankwa who was the first catechist. Mr. Paul Atia as Chairman, Augustina Abane as Vice Chairman, Emmanuel Nakodja as Secretary. Rev. Fr. Nicolas Aazine, SVD who was the assistant priest of St. Joseph took care of the pastoral needs community until it became a quasi-parish in July 2015 with Rev. Fr. Gregorius Bos, SVD appointed as the first parish priest. He is assisted by Br. McDaniel Acquah, SVD.
The parish stretches from the Kintampo Market area to the Black Volta which is also part of Kintampo North District.
